My pregnancy education sessions are designed to support you with calm, confidence, and clarity as you prepare for birth. I offer evidence-based information, practical tools, and heart-centred guidance so you can make decisions that feel right for you and your family.
Together we explore what labour can look and feel like, how to work with your body and mind, comfort measures, partner support, your rights and options, and how to navigate the unexpected with confidence.
This is gentle, grounded, judgement-free education — rooted in community, choice, and your unique journey. My aim is for you to leave each session feeling informed, validated, and truly held as you move through pregnancy and into birth.
