I’m passionate about babywearing because it makes space for closeness, connection and responsive parenting. Keeping your baby close can help them feel safe, calm and connected, while supporting their heartbeat, breathing and nervous system as they adjust to the world around them. It allows you to respond to your baby’s needs, build that beautiful bond and stay connected to their cues , all while keeping your hands free to make a cup of tea, hold another child or simply get on with life.

Research has shown that babies who are held close and carried regularly in the early months may cry less and settle more easily, but for me, it’s the everyday connection that makes babywearing so special. Those little moments of closeness, the reassurance of being held, and finding a way of carrying that feels comfortable and works for your real life are what make babywearing so wonderful.

Whether you choose a sling or a structured carrier, babywearing is about finding what works for you and your baby. I love supporting families to find their own way into babywearing, and offer sling hire and one-to-one support to help you get the most from your carrier.

• Try on a variety of my sling then hire  one for 2 weeks - £15​​

Whether you’re preparing for your baby’s arrival, navigating the newborn days, or looking for support as your baby grows.

We’ll find a sling or carrier that works for you, your baby and your everyday life.

From £35 per hour, plus fuel.​
